Job Title: Customer Service Executive (CSE)
The Customer Service Executive plays a critical role in partnering with our High priority customers to enhance our business delivery volume, quality processing, and build capacity. This role offers a tremendous opportunity in BPO/ KPO back-office operations.
►Acquiring expertise on different document types (ID/DL/Passport/Visa.) for more than 200 countries.
►To check and verify customer's credentials and feed them correctly in the database
►To identify and highlight fraudulent/fake/forged documents
►To meet Service Level Agreement with best quality results
►Performs regular standard tasks
►Manage daily activities and able to meet deadlines
►Implement & follow the quality matrix
►Effective business communication
►Identify process efficiencies
►Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
Desired Candidate Profile:
►Good communication skills.
►Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
►Good analytical skills.
►Customer service attitude.
►Graduates/ Postgraduates from any stream.
►Typing speed should be 20-25 WPM Alpha-Numeric.
►Good English knowledge (Written & Spoken both).
►Basic computer knowledge.
►Work from our office in Iasi, Romania (ONLY)
