Role overview
We are looking for a backend developer who wants to dive deeper into cybersecurity and be part of a team of passionate security specialists and developers.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to and improve a cloud-based penetration testing platform used by millions of users worldwide. You’ll work with concepts like scalability, robustness, security most of your time.
This role consists in developing new features and improving the existing ones for our platform Pentest-Tools.com. You will have the chance to work on our REST API, our Vulnerability Assessment dashboard, and our internal web services.
Requirements
We expect you to have these skills:
- Knowledge of web applications (client-server architecture, HTTP protocol)
- Good knowledge of SQL database systems
- Previous experience with Git and Docker (personal projects also count)
It’s a plus if you also have:
- PHP knowledge or any other backend language or frameworks
- Previous internships or past work experience including personal projects
- Hands-on training and participation in cyber security activities (CTFs, HackTheBox, etc.)
