The Role We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer to work directly alongside the founding team. You will not be lost in a massive corporate hierarchy, and you will absolutely not be micromanaged. Instead, you will receive important, hands-on mentoring from the senior founding engineer while building core features that power our global network.

Why This Role MattersAs an early engineering hire, your work will directly influence how thousands of orders move through our manufacturing network. Features you build this week could be used by customers around the world next month. You will work across the entire stack, contribute to product decisions, and help shape both the platform and engineering culture as we scale.

What We Are Looking For

1. Practical Experience: You have experience building web applications using React and a Node-based backend framework. We welcome backgrounds in professional roles, freelancing, or a strong personal portfolio.
2. Web Fundamentals: You have a solid grasp of how web applications work under the hood, including frontend to backend communication and REST APIs.
3. Database Skills: Basic familiarity with PostgreSQL is a must.
4. Strong Communication: You are communicative, honest, and comfortable asking questions when you are stuck.
5. Growth Mindset: You are intensely eager to learn, highly adaptable, and open to constructive feedback.

Bonus PointsYou actively work with AI agentic coding solutions (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to accelerate your workflow. A personal interest in 3D printing, hardware, or global manufacturing.
