JOB DETAILS:

Location: Iasi, RO Onsite: This role requires the student to work full time onsite throughout the duration of the intern term Term date: From July 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Do you want to help improve experiences of groundbreaking AMD products? If so, AMD Hardware team is the right place for you. We are seeking a highly motivated Hardware Engineering Intern and in this role:

• You will be developing key skills that are relevant to the semiconductor industry in X86 Cores Design Verification.
• You will be given guidance on what to do, and the freedom to plan and manage your own time to deliver upon agreed goals.
• Your progress will be regularly reviewed, and constructive feedback will be given to help you make the best use of your time.
• Your tasks will include documentation, coding, and debugging.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

You are currently enrolled in a Romania-based University bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science If you have knowledge/experience with any of the following technical skills (or related areas) and are enthusiastic about this role, we strongly encourage you to apply:

Exposure to CPU computer architectures Familiarity with basic programming, data structures and algorithms Exposure to OOP languages (C++ / System Verilog / etc.) Exposure to Scripting languages (Perl / Python) Exposure to Digital Design (VHDL / Verilog)
