We are looking for a motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Intern to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in the field of software testing and quality assurance. As an intern, you will be closely working with our QA team to ensure the quality of our products and contribute to the testing and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in documenting defects and tracking the resolution of issues.
• Help ensure the qualification and monitoring of problems during the testing process.
• Contribute to the quality of each product iteration by executing regression tests, exploratory testing, and other QA activities.
• Support in maintaining the test repository by updating tests, creating test plans, suites, and organizing test cases.
• Assist with consistently revising needs, focusing on prioritization, and helping deliver results.
• Communicate testing progress and provide activity reports to the team.

Skills & Experience:

• No prior professional QA experience required, but an eagerness to learn is essential.
• Basic knowledge or interest in Atlassian Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking software.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn how to plan and execute test scenarios manually.
• Interest in the Agile development process, with a desire to contribute to all stages of the process (from design to production).
• Ability to assist with creating test data for different testing scenarios.
• Basic understanding of web user interfaces, APIs, and mobile applications is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative team environment and willingness to learn.
• Bonus Skills (not required but would be a plus):
• Interest in obtaining or currently pursuing an ISTQB certification.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Any experience or interest in coding or programming.
