Hi! 👋
We are offering a paid internship for a university student who wants to become a well-rounded full-stack developer and understand how an entire digital product works, not just one small part of it.
You do not need to be equally good at frontend, backend and databases from day one. We are looking for solid programming fundamentals, curiosity and the willingness to learn across the full stack.
What you will work on
- Build and improve features for real digital products.
- Work across frontend, backend, databases and APIs.
- Understand the business problem behind each task, not just its technical requirements.
- Learn how work is analysed, estimated, implemented, reviewed and tested.
- Debug existing code and help improve it.
- Keep tasks, progress and technical decisions clear for the rest of the team.
- Gradually interact with other developers, designers, QA colleagues and clients.
- See how your work affects real users and businesses.
Our projects may involve PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Node.js, JavaScript, React, React Native, HTML, CSS and third-party APIs. You are not expected to know all of them before applying.
What we are looking for
- Good programming fundamentals and logical thinking.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Some experience with PHP or Node.js.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
- The ability to read existing code and investigate a problem before asking for the solution.
- Curiosity, clear communication and openness to feedback.
- The courage to ask questions when something is unclear.
- Responsibility for the work you start and the results you deliver.
- Consistent availability of at least 4 hours per working day. A 6-hour schedule would be ideal.
University and personal projects count. Professional experience is not required. A GitHub profile, portfolio or link to something you have built will help us understand how you think.
About AI
We use modern development tools, including AI, when they genuinely help. You may use them too, but you must understand, verify and be able to explain the code you submit. AI is not a replacement for programming fundamentals.
What you will get
- A paid internship with real work and clear expectations.
- Practical experience on client projects, not simulated internship exercises.
- Guidance and feedback from experienced colleagues.
- Exposure to the complete software development process.
- Increasing responsibility as your skills grow.
- A flexible schedule that can be coordinated with your university timetable.
- A real opportunity to continue with eJump after the internship, based on your progress and the value we create together.
If you want more than another line on your CV and you are ready to learn by building, investigating and taking responsibility, we would like to meet you. 🚀
When applying, please send us your CV and, if available, a GitHub profile or a project you are proud of. Tell us briefly what you built, what part was yours and what was most difficult to solve.
