Our Great Opportunity   We are now looking for a Service Support Specialist for trouble-tickets triage and dispatch, handling critical issues and trouble-tickets life-cycle.   You will:   Work with the applications for trouble ticket management and work requests; Handle mailbox, blocking issues and chasing on trouble tickets; Dispatch work orders to the Field Engineers and follows-up until closure; Interact with other Engineers or Technicians via emails, calls and/or Tickets customer technical staff, and other groups within the Service Delivery organization.   To be successful in the role you must have:   A powerful desire to learn about telecommunication networks; Proficiency in English; Availability to work in shifts (day and night); Perseverance, initiative, self-confidence and practical spirit.
