A Day at XPERI as a Machine Learning Intern
You will be responsible to:
- Research and develop next generation algorithms in the area of Computer Vision and Machine Learning
- Work in an agile project team close to product and customer stakeholders
- Receive weekly guidance from your dedicated technical mentor
- Explore the state of the art and thoroughly understand scientific papers
- Develop your code in Python using common frameworks and libraries PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib
- Integrate your work in a business relevant solution
- Share your findings and progress with the whole engineering team
- Access company resources for compute power, task management, wiki and code versioning
Key Skills
- Software development experience in Python (including debugging and tracing) and optionally in C/C++
- Experience with any of the Deep Learning development tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Caffe
- Good understanding of the mathematical principles of machine learning
- Self-driven, team player and focused on problem solving
- Fluent in English
