Join our team as a Product Management & Data Analysis intern - 12 months!

Product Management team is in charge of strategic planning, product management and bids management for all Garrett turbo business units globally (>$3B annual revenue). We are looking for a dynamic data-driven intern to join the team and support our Marketing Director. This is a global position where the selected candidate will have to interact with multiple functions (Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, Supply Chain…) all across the world. This is a high visibility position where work will be presented up to executive level.

Please note this is NOT a Communication position. Applications with Communication background will NOT be considered.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support preparation of monthly dashboards with commercial and financial KPIs.
  • Liaise with Customer Teams to ensure all information in customer management and marketing databases is up-to-date.
  • Monitor Sales Plan and analyze deviations vs. previous months and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Maintain and develop PBI dashboards (with support of IT team).
  • Automate pricing model (with support of IT team).
  • Maintain database of parameters for awarded and bidding programs.
  • Maintain database of key cost reference points.
  • Support Marketing Director on day-to-day basis depending on business priorities.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Commercial Excellence, Platform Cost, Finance, Product Portfolio, Strategic Marketing and Marketing Communication analysts.
  • In charge of data quality for all marketing, commercial and financial databases.
  • Be the go-to-person for data queries as support to other functions.

What We Need:

  • Education: Final year of Bachelor or Master's degree within Engineering, Data Science, Business or Finance
  • Experience: Any preliminary work placement experience in an industrial environment (Automotive or Commercial Vehicle experience preferred)
  • Skills: analytical skills, attention to detail
  • Language: English
  • Tools: Powerpoint, Excel
