We are looking for an AI Agent Builder who is passionate about developer tools and loves applying modern AI/ML capabilities (LLMs, model fine-tuning, RAG, and more) to improve the developer experience. The ideal candidate should have experience building integrations with LLMs and understanding of AI/ML concepts. You will have the opportunity to build and enhance AI-powered features that streamline the developer experience.

Requirements

• Passionate about AI and automation - you thrive on building tools that make developers’ lives easier and more efficient.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, or similar
• Good understanding of how large language models (LLMs) work
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, TypeScript
• Knowledge of REST API design and implementation
• Familiarity with cloud computing and AI-driven automation
• Experience working with GitHub
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A natural-born curiosity, smartness, and a team player mindset

Responsibilities

• Understanding business and functional requirements
• Design, develop, and deploy the AI-powered agents that enhance the code quality and developer experience for our users.
• Collaborate closely with the product and infrastructure teams to build an agents that can handle complex tasks while maintaining performance and low latency.
• Continuously improving the accuracy and intelligence of the agent by integrating machine learning models and advanced heuristics.
• Optimizing the agent to handle real-time feedback loops, ensuring scalability and efficiency as it interacts with the deployment pipeline.
• Writing high-quality, maintainable AI-related code
• Proposing and implementing innovative AI-driven solutions
• Writing engaging technical articles about AI-powered development
• Participating in code reviews and maintaining development best practices
