Job description:

This summer practice position is further split in the following sub-domains across different departments, depending on your experience & desired growth path:

  • Analog Design career path: Design and simulations of basic analog circuits at transistor level, using state of the art CAD environment (Eg. Design of current mirrors, voltage regulators, bandgap references, output drivers, oscillators)

  • Analog Layout career path: physical implementation of analog circuits at block level or top level by using various internal technologies while ensuring a high quality of the design

  • Analog circuit modelling career path: creating virtual models for analog blocks by using various descriptive technologies (eg. Pspice / VerilogA, SystemVerilog) or creating product behavioural models (digital twins) of full chip products and applications

You are best equipped for this role if you are in the third year of studies of Electronic Engineering or a similar field; You have basic knowledge or interest in:

  • Analog Circuit Design basics curicula (eg. basics of electrotechnics, electronic devices, fundamental electronic circuits, analog integrated circuits etc.)
  • Analog Circuit Simulation (eg. tooling like Orcad, Cadence, Simetrix, PSpice etc.)
  • Analog Layout basics (PCB layout, layout in silicon technologies)
  • Independent working style as well as enjoy collaboration on different tasks within the scope of integrated circuit design;
  • Good command of the English language.
