Create scalability setups for the Keysight Vision orchestrator product using docker images that emulate real NPBs. 1) Extend docker based NVOS device emulators to support additional device models 2) Porting some of the tools used in development that are based on outdated technologies (like Java Web Start) to newer technologies (like golang) for debugging reasons
