Your responsibilities
- Continuous learning of automotive specific quality standards and models
- Contribute to process framework related work (procedures, templates, checklists)
- Perform projects quality assurance verifications and audits
- Process related discussions in the direction of improvements and streamlining
- Interacting with a big number of engineers from project teams and various cross-functions
- Participate to internal and external assessments targeting compliance with various industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 26262, A-SPICE, CMMI)
Your team
As a member of our team, you will interact with the software teams working on the products that will power the autonomous cars of tomorrow. You will learn about the automotive quality and processes that drive the embedded software development as part of our projects on device drivers and operating systems. You will interact with leading global experts for automotive technologies and get familiar with quality standards and models required in the automotive industry.
Some of the technologies include BootROM firmware, Linux operating systems, real time operating systems, security software, ADAS software, device drivers and integrated embedded solutions, AI software, software stacks (TouchSense, NFC, CAN, LIN, etc).
Your profile
Must have skills:
- Good understanding of software development processes
- Ability to interpret and apply quality standards
- Ability to define a process by defining roles, process flow, activities and deliverables
- Understanding software metrics/measurement systems
- Ability to rapidly learn and master software tools and process methodologies
- Self-motivated and self-driven
- Good communication, and roadblocks removing skills
- Good technical presentation skills
- Fluency in English written and spoken
The following are pluses: Know-how of automotive standards and software quality processes Programming experience (ANSI C, scripting).
