During this internship you will learn:

Interface for the operational teams with the clients ( Orange Affiliates in Europe and Africa)
Interface with other entities in Orange Group
The operational model and proposing actions to make better the aspects that do not function properly
Reporting the clients: incident numbers, KPI, costs – number that are exported in various applications and calculated
Project management activities (including creating the budget. To be according to the project requests, duration of development, costs, quality, communication with all the persons involved in the project)
Preparation of the official documents between the two sides (contract etc.)
Management of the crises situations, negotiation.
