At Procter & Gamble – Urlați Plant, you won’t just observe. From Day 1, you will take ownership of real projects, work alongside experienced engineers, and contribute to improvements that directly impact production performance.
This is a full-time internship (8 hours/day, on-site) in our factory in Urlați (July–September, 3-month employment contract).
You will have the opportunity to work in areas such as:

Qualifications:
- Final-year student (or fresh graduate up to 12 months after graduation) from a technical or other relevant field of study.
- Available for 3 full months (July–September).
- Confident in speaking and writing English.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable working in dynamic industrial environments.
- Good MS Office skills.
- No prior work experience is required, previous internships, student projects, volunteering, or technical involvement represent an advantage but
